Fayose's three main projects which he claims he can complete with his 2016 budget are

1. New Oja Oba(The King's Market)
2. The fly over project
3. The Airport project

This is very sad.

@fayose4real, Self- deceit and ignorance kill faster than Aids. Name me one AD governor that failed in his state. We are talking about a Otunba Adebayo who was an AD governor loved by ekiti people but frustrated and victimised by Obj. Obj withdrew a large chunck of the state's allocations, crippled ekiti with a meagre IGR and was Finally rigged out of power via election malpractice in favour of Fayose who Obj also impeached in 2009.Obj made hell out of all AD states for the sole reason that he wanted all SW states to be a PDP states for his selfish purpose and which Tinubu also suffered from his tyrany but failed to take over lagos because that was the strong base of AD. Till tomorrow no becomes governor in ekiti without paying a courtesy visit to Otunba in his home. Dont ever compare Otunba to Fayose who institutionalised corruption in ekiti state.
No lie only truth!

I want all of you cheering Fayose to pay attention and if you have access to him please pass this important information to the Governor. My inputs are itemized below.

1. Fayose's day of reckoning is approaching. Whoever thought Buhari would ever go after Dasuki, a prince to the Sokoto Sultanate. Not only has Buhari set eyes on Dasuki, he is determined to rid the North of those co-indigenes who by action or rhetoric he considers threats and hinderance to security and growth in North.

By expansion those who will unecessarily act as clog to national security and progress would be weeded out and locked up under democratic principles. Fayose is not running opposition government, instead he is pushing buttons to irritate and provoke.

The money spent by Jonathan and Department of Defense to run Ekitigate, where did it come from? Did it come through a missapropriated channel also? Are we going to wake one day and hear that money budgeted to pay soldiers allowance or to buy them bullet proof vests to fight boko was diverted to rig Fayose in?
You all get the hint?

So Fayose need to sit his @ss down and govern responsibly in a way that he can win credibility to his side and make it double difficult for FG to lock him up...even if he is charged to court and convicted of anything.

At the moment we see Diezani and Okonjo Iweala absolving themselves of any wrongdoing and pushing blame to Jonathan. If these two have no chance of dodging the bullet, where is Fayose's hope of escaping Ekitigate?

2. Fayose is the Executive Governor of Ekiti State, not EFCC! Fayose is obligated to show transparency and accountability to people of Ekiti, not to EFCC.

If Fayose voluntarily offers to open his budget to public scrutiny there are better ways to do it than surrendering his duty to FG.

Yoruba leaders met two days ago in Akure and resubmitted their demand for decentralization, particularly in light of Biafran agitation. The meeting was across party and political spectrum, with Alaafin's staff in attendance and they all voiced a call for Yoruba Governors to begin meeting with FG towards preparation for decentralization. The day before that in an interview, Professor Soyinka called on FG to revisit 2014 confab report or schedule a new sovereign conference and begin to draw down. So which part of the message on decentralizatkon is Fayose blind and deaf to that he is ceeding the supervision of his accountbility in his state to the center.....a day after leaders across party lines in his region said they want authority and power supervision to go the other way?

3. Fayose should partner with the private sector....instead of asking EFCC to oversee the reporting and attainment of budget performance, he should hire a data management company to consult for the state.

Go to DAWN and ask them to issue bid for a Yoruba owned data management company. Since the company will be earning money from Ekiti State Govt, prerequisite to the contract include putting Ekiti youths on the payroll to be trained and engaged in the process.

On that one step alone here are the benefits
a - open Ekiti to private sector and investment
b - train skills acquisition
c - reduce unemployment
d - a plus for family values
e - saved FG several millions by absorbing x number of youths who otherwise would be eligible for the promised #5,000 stipend

Can Fayose accomplish any of these or can it go on his record if EFCC is doing data reporting and budget supervision for Ekiti?
If EFCC hire Ibos or Fulanis to station in the budget office and monitor reports, can Fayose stop them? Does he prefer Ekiti children are depending on #5,000 monthly from FG while others have employment security and earning fat income monitoring their Governor?

How can anyone not rise in support of Fayose if he would do the right thing and be a responsible opposition leader? He has to prove that he has better delivery than those in power.

Fayose must compete with FG, not ceede to FG.

Stop cutting ponmo, stop buying roasted corn on stteet corner, stop pushing Buhari's button, stop focusing on what FG is not doing.......start working with Governors in your region, Lagos is over its capacity and investors are looking for new cost saving market entries, open Ekiti up for regional growth, start promoting the Ekiti brand, in a regional landscape how will Ekiti pull its weight amongst other Yoruba states start thinking about this and engage DAWN.

We have a new Ooni, young, intelligent, fashionable, wealthy and with impressive swagger, and he has promised a new awakening for Yorubaland. Fayose need to fall in line and think more inward and less outward.

I want also to encourage my brothers and sisters of Ekiti that you are great people with impressive knowledge and intelligence. Each of Yorubaland has an area of political and socio economic that it dominates. No other Yorbaland can beat Ijebu when it comes to taking #100 and multiplying it through different investments and turn overs to produce millions in profit. No one can beat Egba in political opportunity, they know how to be in the right spot at the right time and outwit their opponent. Oyo will walk you, with your eyes open, into a comfortable position of political and tactical power only to discover that you are not the one in charge...you have only one option open to you, compromise! Ekiti is the lighthouse of Yorubaland. Ekiti was not the first, nor second, third or fourth to accept western education and lierature in Yorubaland but Ekiti is the Havard, Eton, Oxford, Cambridge, Yale and Columbia of Ile Kaaro Ojire.

Anyone coming out of Ekiti and speaking for Ekiti must do so with the swagger of an Ivy League leadership.

Please my brothers and sisters, talk to your Governor to act true and be a lighthouse ...a torch bearer that lead the way to the illumination of the spirit and the soul.

The only groups of people this man's style impresses are Wailers and brainwashed putos.

A state budget isn't a secret document and can be accessed by just about anyone who wants to see it. What's the point sending it to EFCC?? The only group of people that can effectively hold him to account on the budget expenditure is the state legislature. All what he's done is nothing but sheer showmanship intended to create same effect his riding okada, cutting fish and ponmo, and eating in mamma put, create.

He's owing state workers two months salaries yet all he does is throw barbs at Buhari and the FG, a job that should be left to Olisa Metuh.

The people of Ekiti have indeed voted in a mad man as their governor.
You have said it all, fayose only impress and fools our beloved brothers across the Niger, even a primary School student knows that a state budget is a public document that can be assessed by all.

Fayose shot over the bar with this one

ok bro, let me agree with ur point that he met d structures from military administrations era, how many military govt ruled in ekiti before changing to democracy? & since they were the one that designed d structures why didnt they implement the structures they designed during there regime? if at all he met d structures as u claimed, one thing is for him to meet d designed structures and implement it effectively as he does & another thing is for him to meet it as u claimed & choose to ignore it totally, designed structures on papper or plan wont errect or developed themselves without someone to implement it, i hope u can reason with me
