Your opinion is supported. There is always a Judas in every disciples (especially in this room). These people are reading everything and hiking this rates for there own selfish and heartless interest. Karma will surely arise against them all. For instance, GTBank were forced to increased there rates without any justification just because they are the only one doing 220 Naira to a $1.

Am not a pro with Facebook but from experience, you can't like a private group nor join without the approval of the group admin. And I most private groups you can't view the content of the group except you are a member, and you can't be a member without the approval of the admin.
And also in most groups you can't comment without the approval of the admin

The banking sector is not a perfectly competitive market as you think. Some rates are sometimes fixed across the banks to avoid negative competition.

Take for instance, a particular bank cannot just reduce interest rate just because it can. It must conform to the prevailing rate so others can remain in business. It is a tradition in the industry.


Updates here can be a platform for them to investigate and harmonise their rates. I don't see how an IBTC staff that new nothing about card rates can suddenly become daily updated on the rate of different banks.


It is a difficult situation here.
