Sorry Sobastical but ETX-NG is a company that orders Transcripts for students from their schools and send it to anywhere in the world. So I just wana know if they are dependable. Ofcoure only those who have used their service before would have an idea.

To be on safe side, don't allow your visa to expire. If you are already in India and its like four days to expire, just walk into their immigration office and explain the situation, you might get extension.
@ the guy talking about courier services, do not do trial, just use DHL or UPS. I used ems express during my time and I was disappointed. I later ended up using DHL and ups. It's just an advise though and there are two sides to it (acceptance/rejection).

You will need to write the school of your choice about this and also get your documents to be evaluate at enic I stand to be corrected though.

I am the one to do the evaluation or the school will send my docs for the evaluation to enic by them self?

Am coming to Estonia information technology college to study Cyber Security(undergraduate) next year and I will be through with my ND program by April next year in Laspotech(currently studying computer science)...

Now, here is my question...
The instruction on the website of the school am applying to says, "All international students should apply through dreamapply".
Now, am almost through with the application process on dreamapply, have uploaded all the admission requirements online..
But, dreamapply is still insisting that I should send my documents to the school directly..
Am Confused, I thought dream apply will send all my uploaded document to the school immediately I submit the application on dreamapply...
Please am confused...

I admire your information searching skills, but your conclusion or perception of my submission is a bit dwarf from my intention.
Although while writing, you need to romance some thoughts, but some of those things are real.

It all depends in the school you're applying to. Some will do it on your behalf while some will asked you to do it personally

You can send it, but you won't put your name as the sender. Address the DHL envelope as if its your school sending it.

Why not. borrow the money from someone then pay for it so you can beat the time then when it reflect on your account you can pay back

I think that you are a little boy just dreaming with no wife and no money for travel!

It's advisable to do it earlier, although it depend on the school. At Tallinn University, it won't affect your admission, but they must receive it before you are given d admission letter. A friend got admitted this year but they only released his letter after getting his ielts score.
