No offense to anyone but I think lots of churches in Nigeria are a BIG JOKE! And to the "Touch Not My Anointed crew" save your sermon for the religiously blinded fellows like you!

In summary more spaces for people in church, the church will keep moving forward and the gate of hell will not prevail against it. Sir in the process of doing God's work do not get your garment stained.

Madam,

If you are single, you can make do with a one-bedroom flat. But I wonder how it will look like if you have a husband and five children, all inside the 1 bedroom flat.

That is how it is with this project. After 16 years of the present 50,000 capacity auditorium, it has become impossible to keep up with the close to 500,000 attendees coming in there every Sunday. They have to be spread out into 4 or 5 services and still the numbers outside are more than what is inside.

I attended a business conference in Covenant University with some friends recently. We had to wake up and move out by 2.30am that Sunday morning so we do not get caught up by the close to 10,000 cars that would start trooping in through all the access roads into the place and miss our flight. You need to go there on Sunday morning. It is a logistics nightmare and this move to take the church to another location over 5,000 acres of property with expanded infrastructure to handle the sheer numbers of worshippers is OVERDUE!

This is simple plain human reasoning that anyone should be able to come up with. You cannot house an expanding family in a one-bedroom flat forever. Surely you would not.

You will hopefully understand one day that Jesus being 'the bread of life' is also fed to multitudes daily when you begin to 'hunger after righteousness'. For man shall not live by bread alone but by every Word... And that Word became flesh (bread).

Think of these things and be enlightened. They like the Western church that majors on charity at the expense of the Word but when the people ate and ate, they got up to play and having found alternative sources of food has abandoned the faith and the church is being deserted. But Jesus speaking said, 'I will give you the kind of water to drink in which you thirst no more...' Think of these things.

Blah blah blah. Adam and Eve had more children and as at then God never forbade intermarriage.
Genesis 5:4 And the days of Adam after he had begotten Seth were eight hundred years: and he begat sons and daughters:

As for what Jesus used, there were no jets nor gucci shoes then Mr. Jesus rode on an executive boat and wore the best clothes. When he was crucified the Jews were casting lots to determine who will go home with the expensive dress.
Talking about money, Jesus never lacked money once. So what are you talking about. You sound so pained.
Go and achieve your own and let the world celebrate you.

All these Folks with their pull him down mentality won't see anything good in the project. No wonder Nigeria has still not attained its potential as a global reference for great things because of some idiotic and empty minded folks who can't see good in any effort to put Nigeria on the world map.
For goodness sake, do you know how many jobs the project will create, you can imagine!!!
We in the winners chapel are happy with the project and don't need the irrelevant opinion of some small minded folks masquerading as hypocrites and Sadducees which has vowed to criticise anything about winners Chapel and Bishop.

He gives scholarship to students to go to the University, they still criticise him
He tar the road from Ota to Ogun and some extent to Lagos, they criticise him
He sends food stuff to meet the needs of starving workers in Osun state, they criticise him

Some folks are just demonic in their thinking and are allergic to hearing good things.

To an extent, I agree you can't keep an expanding family in the same location for some time but this part of your argument doesn't make any sense to those who are wise and reading.

If you're claiming the current attendees is close to 500, 000 on every Sundays while the current capacity is 50, 000; while then will any wise man want to build for 100, 000 capacity? How does that sound or is something wrong somewhere?

2. Is there going to be another giant building if you're claiming another up to 1 Million attendees in another 16 years from now?

3. There's no where in scripture where Apostles taught the church leaders to set up church branches and commission those branches to be under one headquarter or mother church. Such practices is foreign to the body of Christ. I don't know where these religious leaders got that idea from but that's something for another day and time though. Christ IS THE VINE and the whole church as a body IS THE BRANCH.
