I just started access bank training school yesterday and NBC sent me an offer today, which one shud I go for please? I need conclusion base on job security and working terms.

These two companies operate in different industries; Banking and FMCG fast moving consumer goods.it is up to you to decide on which of the offer will fit into your career line.

The banking job comes with its pros such as prestige ,exposure,experiences and some lucrative allowances and not forgetting its cons like stress and late working hours.
I believe NBC has more flexibility than Access bank *I stand to be corrected.

In terms of job security,the banking job of recent has been unstable.Job security is at its lowest ebb as the industry is susceptible to changes in the economy,thus downsizing is a common phenomenon in periods of economic distress.However,the volatility is less in FCMG due to the nature of its goods.

Following the advices you might receive from folks,it all boils down to what you want.It is imperative to follow your heart.

It depends on your course of study. I have a friend who resigned from NBC because of the stress.
I have another who resigned from Access after 7 years to something bigger and better

This is a good problem.
There are a lot of factors to consider,career path,renumerations,etc
Carefully list and consider all pros and cons before yiu decide.

Go for AIT

If NBC has offered you a Marketing role or any non-technical role, stick with access. I tell u 95% of people that discourage people from working in a Bank have never even attended a bank interview. They talk based on hear-say.

If you're daring, bold and a risk taker, go for AccessBank. If you're conservative, introverted and a safe player, go for NBC. In the end, remember. The higher the risk, the higher the reward. The lower the risk, the lower the reward. C' est fini!

Just go for NBC. Access bank for where? Access pay better though but in the long run You will not regret going to NBC. NBC is a multinational that will expose you top notch training and development both within Nigeria and around the world. In terms of job security too,its far better secured that Access bank. The salary is not bad too I believe
