This is big lie no inmate ll touch him the warder js want to make money from him, there re more big ppl like him out there. I spent 5day in kuje prison while court ordered my remand while I jumped bail I discovered dat inmates themselves ve rules n regulations. Among their rules n regulatios re No fighting No insult of inmates base on ur offense obey d order of senior inmates, No nikedness inside n outside the cells. If u committe any one of dis u ll serve punishment by vex water to upstirs of d buildind or u ll keep standing with handcuff on one those irons @ cellgate or u ll be handcuff n keep away separate from other inmates few hours. Inmates ll like get close to him cos they knew is a big man he may be d one dat ll help them n set up their freedom when he gets own freedom. Cos he has connections with digniries. Please allow him to ve access to d other inmates

So what do you suggest? To let them go scot free?

No! For the sake of our National Security, we must as much possible discourage Newspaper trial, conviction, acquittal and or discharge, a situation where all type of known and unknown gossip whether true or false, now make headline news is not good for National Security.

That was why the government wanted a secret trial because of the intelligence involved. But dasuki had other ideas. He wanted it in the full glare of the world so that confidence in our intelligence community should be lost and probably cause anarchy and choas in the process

I hope you people know that intelligence community refers to the state and military agencies such as the dss, nia, dma and etc?

Go and tell that to Benny madoff in jail for 150 years.
I'm sure if he is in nigeria, he would have been given an office in the prison to spend his 150yrs jail time.

Nigerians just love to excuse their looters.
And with this mindset, this country can never change, because the elite will never fear the justice system and the jail.
They know an office is waiting for them there!
Nonsense!
is Madoff in kuje prison? Even Madoff was sent to a laid back minimum security prison, you want to compare that to kuje prisons?

You talk as if you don't know in developed countries white collar convicts are treated less severely than the hardened criminals.

Think please! angry

Yes and the rot wasn't just in the military. It extended to all of them. Or are you not aware? Or do you think that this investigation will end with this dasuki's case? It will go deep with time.

I don't know why they should even probe Dokpesi not to talk of sending him to jail. he is a business man and he was paid for the service he rendered. no business man would turn down such offer. Everyone wants he/her business to prosper. This is unfair.

"May our loyalty not be tested"

Imagine you are the first born of Chief Raymond Dokpesi, whom he lavished with the so called "ill-gotten wealth"

Will you come out as a surety with the sum of N200million to get bail for your beloved Dad, knowing fully well that EFCC is presently not smiling at this yuletide season and will definitely question the source of your wealth?

What do you think will be going on in the mind of Dokpesi in Kuje prison concerning you. Wont he feel betrayed?

Will you feel guilty that you could not save his condition despite your capability?

So because he is incarcerated they should say ,good for oga ?
Oga go hear am ....On air ?
They dare not say jack or anything close to the fact that they are happy about it on air
Media,Showbiz is all about pretense that's why they are mostly depressed and suicidal.
Dokpesi's children(workers) know how they make their money ooh....

Enough under the table cuts and deals ,why do you think they sit tight and refuse to resign or sack themselves?

Thisday is another media agency that owes workers for months on end(don't know if he has changed now) and he'll be threatening them to resign now,the journalists would now be forced to collect brown envelope to feed their families ,some in the course of negotiating the deal get Dele Giwad

But that's non of ma biz---Kermit

You are one of the enemies of Nigeria!
You are evil
Were you blind when they said the money was misappropriated ?
That it was supposed to buy arms to fight Boko -haram ?
That soldiers were sent to fight terrorist who had more sophisticated weapons?

When a whole country's soldiers weapons are less sophisticated than the weapons terrorist are holding isn't that a passport to war?

If your brother or son was among the soldiers that died or were courtmartialled and sentenced to death for refusing to go to war with knives when the enemies were fighting with Armour tanks will you spew this rubbish ?
Or did your anus take over your fingers temporarily ?
What sort of nonsense biz man ?
Or you think he didn't know the money was through the back door when he was
Making and Airing those silly documentaries

Dokpesi is a strong man, he should use this opportunity to show us that he is the true son of his father and not a coward that has to stay in a prison office

Government should be mindful how it plays the game of MANIPULATION it may BACKFIRE and the whole essence of the CHANGE would be lost. From the Op, reading in between the lines its clear nothing happened, however, its good we advise ourselves that the revelation that may come from an OPEN COURT trial may destroy the intelligence community, and we also pray that it does not shake the confidence of Nigerians.
so what ar u suggesting or insinuating? that the government is playing a game of manipulation or what? and u tie that to information or stories u here on social media regardless of its being true or not?even if u consider its 98% of being true reiterating what pans out in nigerian prisons? its your problem the government, the news , the truth or the fight against corruption ? n wats ur idea of the present nigerian intelligence community n ur measure of wat destroys it..? and wat gives u the yardstick for measuring wat shakes the confidence of nigerians? from your comment i can easily concur to where u belong.
