Excuses shouldn't be condoned,if his plea was made a day before the fixture it would have been reconsidered,not the exact day of the fixture. If it was like that then no-shows wouldn't have been a thing in the first round,most came with the same ish,if this is granted I don't think it will be fair on their part.

Well,I leave it to the Judge hosting the fixture[ Reyginus ],his take on it would be the decider.

From the genesis of hip hop/the rap game all true lovers of the art form have known that the surest way to succeed in your hood, make hits or advertise its greatness to other hoods is by giving it props! I want to know about your town, neighbourhood, clubs, slang, street corners, culture, crime, people, politricks.. etc!

Weave a vivid tale of how and what makes YOUR CITY such a great place and why you are proud to rep it all day! What goes on in 'your city'? What are YOU to your city? And what makes it stand out? Entertain and educate me, go gritty or soft, make me as well as those who end up reading your poem feel like moving there from our own cities! Easy!!!

Jason21 and Jigsawkillah, here is your topic. . .

Through The Wire.

It basically means to go through hell and at times feel like there is no hope but somehow and some way persevere to actualize what it is you set out to do. So I want you both to write about that life-threatening situation or ordeal that y'all went through that seemed like an insurmountable task at first but by raw self-will, was able to pull through and come out a conqueror.

And you think the apathy and snail pace that most of the "contestants and judges" displayed when responding to mentions, poem deadlines or giving verdicts even when we were dropping easy topics would now improve if we made them more complex? Get ready for much wailing then!!!

The number of threads to judge then must have affected some of us but now it's just two to judge. All I'm asking for is a worthy Champion not a fluke.

Another topic: Gangsters Paradise.

Imagine if all dòpe rappers ascend to Gangster Paradise after their stint on earth. A world where there are no rules, no laws, no murders, no jail time, where niggas can beef-rap against each other, where the likes of Tupac, Biggie Smalls, Jam Master Jay, Left Eye etc., resides. Where alcohols and weed are legalized; imagine such a world and paint a vivid picture of it according to what you envisage would go on it.
