I believe nothing wrong with December, it's just our believe and mentality.

1. this doesn't look like an highway, more like a street.
2. this accident is definitely caused by carelessness on the the part of one or both of the drivers.

witnessed one in Ibadan, around Iwo road, similar but it was head-on collision. very silly of the drivers.
