Not too Long ago we had an ijaw president , an igbo Secretary to govt, an igbo deputy Senate president who, by the way, supervised the review of the Nigerian constitution which our ijaw president refused to sign into a working document. We also had a deputy speaker of the house of reps from the south east geo political zone. Non of them saw the need to institute a process for biafran state. If it couldnt be done then what makes them think they can achieve it now.
