You picked up ur tv in good condition, only to hit me 36hrs later claiming that is damaged.

Even though I tried to work things out with you, I kept reminding to send pictures of d damages tv for 3days. (This,you didnot do,Because you claimed you were so busy). So how did you think I will would hv convinced my shipper d issue on ground?

But you still have the right to pick your remaining items, He can't deny you those.
