I'll suggest you block that IP address from accessing your site. There are some plugins to help you do that e.g Wordfence

It's a good idea to always cloak your username you can use 'somename' as your username and then change to 360jamng in your profile settings

As suggested earlier install the Wordfence and Sucuri plugin
Also change ur login details

Improve ur security

Simple.

Call the police.

Login to the back end of the domain to change your Email address and other information.

Also go to your cpanel to change your password and other information.

Get a new email and change your recovery email. Even showing your username here is another risk!. You can change all that anywhere.

Hack the person's blog back 50-50 no cheating
