I wish to nominate debbie. But she doesn't seem to fit into any of the categories.

She has this altruistic personality trait that is worth mentioning. Sharing job vacancies, from graduate jobs to experienced positions, without saying a word for most of the times. ... Though she always claims she doesn't know if the jobs are real or not, the ones some of us have applied are so real... and worth it, too.

I'd say she be mentioned, like an honorary mention or something. By the way, we could add honorary mentions too, to recognize some persons worth mentioning but don't fit into the above categories.
