I just got a small parcel of land measuring 30FT X 120Ft. Experts in the house
please I need your candid advice before meeting up with the professionals, can l
put up a two 3- bedroom storey building all rooms en-suite and still have some parking
space? Kindly help a brother in dire need.

Thank you @eghosajohnny, that's a very beautiful design but what I am considering is a 3 bedroom up and down so that I can still have some parking space considering the dimension of the land. Maybe you can help in this regard. Thank you sir.

This is a block of three bed room flat one up the other down with all rooms ensuite. External dimensions 7.5 x 15m perfect for your plot.
