Oga Spyder880, from the picx attached, it looks like the sit outs are cantilevered, correct me if they're not. If that is so, why are the anchored bars forming the top reinforcement not extending to a good length, say past the closest beam by a certain percent, so as to avoid failure. Forgive me if my eyes are deceiving me cos I can't see the picture clearly.

Yes they were cantilevered, and the top bars were returned clearly over the beam, running for another 1 meter across the beam position. Additionally, there are supports on both sides of the cantilevered section, there is a beam at both ends, an internal beam in the center and a beam at the lip of the cantilever, I may zoom the pictures out later show all these, we will never spare materials when it comes to doing a good job.
