Rubbish. APPEAL court sacked about 7 APC house of assembly members in ogun state and declared PDP winner without asking for re -run. APC did not wail.

Appeal Court sacked 2APC lawmakers in Kogi State and also barred them from d re-run. APC did not wail.

Appeal called uphold enugu, ebonyi, cross river PDP gov elections. APC is not wailing.

In all d PDP cases , re run is ordered. No one has APC be declared winner. No one has PDP candidate been banned from contensting. And you wailing wailer is still wailing. PATHETIC

When a re-run election is conducted, at least 20 people will die and more widows will be added to the already widowed.
Election in Nigeria now is wishing of more deaths to that state because of desperation by a party, and our mumu judiciary who couldn't deliver judgment on Buhari's certificate saga because of the volatility of the country then, are now playing this desperation card handed over to them by a party.

Since after the Taraba state election tribunal proceedings and judgement, I lost confidence in the election tribunals. Imagine granting an appellant what she did not ask for.
The Legislature and the Executive can afford to blunder. But the Judiciary? I shudder to think about it and I hope our president knows the implications.

Whenever I read some comments here am always surprise most tyme, but it shows how fastidious human being can be anyway. The day appeal court sacked 7 apc , sack apc in kogi, as well sack apc in ondo no body hullabaloo, ekiti gate is there also. Now to PMB certificate saga have you wailer ever sit your ass down to think that ( A person that risen to the exalted Rank of Major General in the Nigeria Army ). Doesn't have the required certificate ( SSCE & Its Equivalent ) Now put yourself In PMB's Shoe and imagine how he will feel about the whole saga.If I am PMB I will deal with all the officers that were involved in the certificate saga but to my greatest dismay he did nothing about punishing them but we all know that the PMB certificate saga is politically motivated. Finally PMB becoming Nigeria President is beyond any human reasoning because God almighty was the Only Greatest God that answered majority of Nigerians Prayer. The hardship and sorrow was too plethora for the masses to behold people started seeing corruption and impunity running in the street of Nigeria ......... Majority of the wailer that are here beneficiary of the SURE-P and TAN program of GEJ and PDP that's the reason why they will support their pay master with the last drop of their blood I can't blame them any of their comment that go against their master. I know many of them during GEJ time that are not working and they are collecting around 300k monthly the funniest part of it was the day PMB won the 2015 presidential Election one of them Almost commit suicide he was unable to eat for a week his wife started shouting in the estate that please people come and beg him ooooo He did not eat since the day GEJ lost

I have never held much respect for our judiciary. I expect them to be products of the environment they find themselves in. Forget all that crap lawyers say.
However, i have a few questions for you?

1. Did you express same concerns when APC victories were being cancelled by same courts?

2. What exactly do you expect the president to do? Is the judiciary no longer independent?

politics apart,i knew it was going to be like this in rivers state,no judge would want to do anything contrary to eu observers report which said there was no election in the state.even the people involved knew but politicians like trial and error,they are bad strategists

Jega was not on the field, he only bank on report brought to him by REC and Returning Officers of each state. The REC Returning Officers are the one suppose to be probed.

Do not be fooled homeboi, there are about 20 plus lga's in rivers state. It's mainly in Obio akpor and port Harcourt where you see all these people shouting pdp. These 2 lgas are dominated by ibos and non indigenes. The remaining 20 lgas have a decent number of apc sympathizers. And dont be fooled by the bayelsa situation where there was the dickson incumbency and the jonathan sentiment factors, despite which Silva still got up to 30% without Southern ijaw votes. There's nothing like that in rivers. Amaechi was the incumbent prior to the 2015 polls, he's got massive follwership. APC will appoint the inec commissioner, APC will appoint the police commissioner. Guy, APC would only lose rivers if they want to. Right now rivers is 40% APC. Add that to the federal might, and a heart attack surely awaits you.
