please help me. my etisalat ZTE Corporation modem refuse to accept unlocking code. after inputting the unlocking code in the pop up space the OK button will not be click-able until the digits reach 16 while the unlocking code is only 8. please what should i do to resolve this issue.

Sorry bro. the modem is already unlocked. i actually wanted to type, 'help me turn this modem into a universal modem'
and when i inserted i tonightt, it never requested for any code.
It actually works perfectly well with an Airtel sim card.
so, I WANT YOU TO PLEASE, HELP ME BREAK IT to Universal so that other sim card could work on it.
