This is why Nigeria will remain a backward, under what budget allocation did he get N700k to dash? You don't give out public money like you are father Xmas. What he did in not commendable in any way, he should invest such funds in good hospitals in Nassarawa State to provide free or subsidised treatment for her citizens.
