Everyone still wonder how this event happen. According to a twitter user, "the kid was swinging a bucket handle carelessly"...and then this unfortunate incident occurred. OMG. That's terrible. One reason I don't allow kids play rough around me. Parents should always be watchful and always educate and caution kids even from their early age. Not blaming anyone though, somebody may not be closeby at that moment but some parents are tooo careless |
