The heart...cos it supplies blood on regular basis to other organs in the body.

My sincere answer, and I will arrange in their restive order

(A) Heart----As soon as this one start resting, then people will say "rest in peace"
(B) Nose ----Similar to (A) above
(C) Brain-----Depending on the brain carrier, some men reason with (F) below instead of their brain
(D) Eye-------Average of 7 hours daily
(E) Vagina----Also depending on the carrier, some rest for only about 3 hours daily, while some for weeks
(F) joystick---Always resting but easily provoked

The brain has 2 states called the conscious nd d sub-conscious
D conscious z wat operates fully nw we r awake, but once we r asleep, d conscious reduces it's operation allowing d sub-conscious to fully take over.
No matter hw reduced d function of d conscious z while asleep, once d brain stop, so does d rest.
Everything in d body depends on d brain and it's neurons to work

Hmm there's no answer because of the question.you asked which part of the organ not the body.The options are all organs not parts of organs.
