Geology is a good course in which students really want to study, but alas, the lecturers in this department are so wicked and heartless.

I taught this only happens in my school, till when a student from another university came home for xmas and xplain d issue in his school also.

In his own school the overral best student in 100level when he entered the department by 200, was called n sat down by the lecturers n he was told he cant passout with 1st class...same for my school no geology student ever pass out with 1st class... Lecturers will keep marking you down.

I believe this does apen to only geology dept ot only this two universities. Nigerian lecturers are so wicked, not that the student arnt try but what will you do to a lecturer that already told you that A is for God, B is for him, while C is for the sharp students.

We can see Nigerian students making 1stvclass abroad but not here MOST THIS TREND CONTINUE?

don't blame them. Most of them were unable to make such good grades when they were in school. They are saddist. They hate to see their students showing exemplary traits. They are canckerwarms that need to be filtered out of our education system.

Because, they belong to the stone, or better, rock age.

I will advice him not to be discouraged by the actions of his lecturers. He should continue to put and do his best in his learning quest. If he puts in his best, the worst he can make is 2.1 which is not bad.

Omo grad with your 2.1 and leave the school for them..

Hmm na wa o. There is God sha. I don learn some lessons after year 1 and I don swear for them for this department. Make I see how I no go reach 4.5 and above starting from this 200 level. I don dey prepare for them... With God all things are possible. Fellow granites make we study hard o.

Lol.....my lecturers aint wicked sha, most times, u get what u deserve.
