I'm mesmerized and flabbergasted at the brazen siphoning of our collective wealth.
If Bokoharam could just throw a bomb inside the NA during their close door session so we could start all over

I think withdrawals above the stipulated limits, are to be reported to the CBN,mandatorily... But hey, this is Nigeria where the makers of the laws and the custodians of the laws, are the law breakers.

I pray those whom we entrusted with our money but diverted it to their personal use will NEVER witness peace and will NEVER find joy in what the money might have been used for.

The sums being mentioned are just bogus and at a point I got confused.

Please someone should summarize it. Thanks in anticipation!

Why only in the last six years?

Why not in the last 17 years?

Buhari should make sure they include the whole years of civilian rule before the last six years, we can't afford to let go one crook.
Without any prejudice, I think it makes sense statistically to do analysis in manageable bits...2-yr periods or 5-yr periods especially where the numbers are very large. To go as far as 17 years is looking for 'trouble' in my own view. There'll be so much data to work with that analysis may no longer make sense.

You made sense, however, don't you think it would be more sensible starting from 1999 then up to 2015?

The more we ignore past governments before last six years, the more we lose important data and files that would help in prosecuting the then officials if found guilty of corruption.
I mean the last six years is still fresh in our memories, we should start from before last six years lest we forget their wrong doings totally.

Bunch of idiots, why didn't you guys start from 1999 till date why the last six years which involves Jonathan, all of a sudden that ape called Obasanjo is now a saint, a man that wasted the resources of this country with his VP. Even though Jonathan looted which we all know its not proper by basing all the corruption fight on one person.
Seconded. This is the same point I have been making. There is no saint among PDP and Apc. Na them them. PMB even told us that Abacha was not corrupt. The day OBJ dies, you will start hearing about his own loot. Fighting corruption should be holistic.

Na waaoooooooooo. This country is already put for sale by these greedy and godless Nigerians. And GTB of all banks have connived with them to steal billions without reporting it according to the money laundering act. All these people should be arrested and GTB fined like MTN. A fine of N1,000,000 daily for 6 years will get them packing up....shameless body corporate entities and legi-traitors

The Agbaya of Owu is "protected" and even "annointed" as saint because he did the "right" thing.
Yes, you guessed it- he teamed up with other born-to-gain progreTHIEVES in the witch-laden, assembly of coven-dwellers called APC that they even made him their navigator.

Between 2009 to 2015. That's the tenure of David Mark and the administration of Jonathan Goodluck.

I'm now never surprise when allegations are made about the extent at which our collective wealth was looted without remorse.

If they had actually started from 1999 till date, its still the same PdP that will be held responsible.

The extent of damage the PdP has done to this country can never be undone in a single day.

I am really afraid for Nigeria. As long as these impunity of mass looting continue all in the name of one useless allowance or entitlement, Nigeria will not develop rather than servicing capital expenditures it will always be recurrent expenditure. The funniest aspect is that the masses are defenceless as a result of fear. There is no difference between the lawmakers who are wasting Nigeria meagre resources and somebody who is pouring water into a basket. Obasanjo gave these lawmakers opportunity to amass 'ill gotten wealth' by looting the treasury because of his greed for third term.
