Buhari should make sure they include the whole years of civilian rule before the last six years, we can't afford to let go one crook.

Without any prejudice, I think it makes sense statistically to do analysis in manageable bits...2-yr periods or 5-yr periods especially where the numbers are very large. To go as far as 17 years is looking for 'trouble' in my own view. There'll be so much data to work with that analysis may no longer make sense.

Seconded. This is the same point I have been making. There is no saint among PDP and Apc. Na them them. PMB even told us that Abacha was not corrupt. The day OBJ dies, you will start hearing about his own loot. Fighting corruption should be holistic.
