Those are two different things: i.e. Deserving/Not Derserving AND Winning/Not Winning. Somebody like me would have prefer Kiss Daniel, and obviously not Lil Kesh (my own opinion based on some reasons). However, I dont even take it serious to vote my favourite, and I think that goes for most fans of these young artiste with the exception of the ladies. I came across links being shared online canvassing for votes in favour of Reekado. I think the only thing he deserves now is word of encouragement and congratulations. The beefing aspect of it all is highly unnecessary. In fact, there is no justification for the beefing at all.

from my own perspective,I fink kesh deserve the award.Refiner forget the fact of " people voted for reeky".

kesh release up to 3 to 4 hit songs respectively where as reeky has none yet,Though his lyricz is always wack with no iota of sense but people danced to it than reeky song

It seems you don't understand the meaning of next rated(It means the next big thing in the industry in terms of hits).If no of hit songs is not one of the major things to be considered when giving the award then what is the usefulness of the award?Wizkid and davido won it during their time because they had one if not the best year in the industry in the terms of hit songs.Is sugar baby a hit song?
