Firstly, the fact that you and I have no close relationship with Don Jazzy will make it very hard to give a first hand judgment of his character. So the issue of so called tangible accusations one will have to rely on the testimonies of people who have had relationships with him(not people who still have with him). Olamide, D banj, Wande coal, all fall in that category. Am yet to see anyone that have a contrary opinion of what those guys have said about him.

Secondly on the issue of flaws. We don't need anyone to tell us about his flaws. They are already in the public for everyone to see. Unfortunately people are not taking much note of it simply because Nigerians are not vindictive, especially when we're not affected but the fact is always there for everyone to see. The case of DUNCAN MIGHTY was there for everyone to see. Now this Olamide show down too.

I know a lot of people did not see much wrong in what he did simply because Olamide had the first go but the fact is that there is a lot of wrong in what he did. Olamide might have had him and his crew in mind during that rant but he was clever, intelligent and professional enough not to openly mention anyone's name. By calling out a fellow artistes name for insult live on stage was the most stupid, arrogant, cocky, immature and unprofessional way to act.
