jieta: A Coach should also value his player's career and should not just consider only what the players brings to the team. If you consider any player surplus to your team, simply sell or loan him out to a Club that needs his services. Other than killing the player's career through bench role. The bench role function that John Mikel Obi played during Jose Mourinho's second stink with Chelsea FC was not significant on a related note.
