We are not against fighting corruption we all want a better Nigeria. Our concern is that APC has several members Tinubu, Fashola, Amaechi that have questionable distribution of state funds that is not being looked into. Transfer of state property for personal gains is a crime that the EFCC is refusing to touch upon. How long are we going to pretend that APC party members are immune to probing? Mean while I have yet to see any news worthy projects by the Noisemakers being reported. Just picture taking and loud mouth threats. What has been going on in APC states in terms of projects? All this probing does not need to be broadcasted. Just let us know how long those found guilty will be jailed and how much money was recovered and what is going to be done with the recovery of the money. Stop all this media justice. |

Mr. Magu also responded to comments from participants at the forum that a lot of Nigerians have a feeling that the ongoing war against corruption appears targeted at members of the opposition.. What a Load of Bullsh***t Cacol petitioned EFCC Twice in March 2015 and again in October 2015 for the Billions of Naira Scams and shady dealings Fashola engaged in during his time as Governor of Lagos state but instead of investigating him or even inviting him to clear his name he was rewarded with the post of a Super Minister A civil-society and non-governmental organisations group, Coalition Against Corrupt Leaders (CACOL), on Thursday said it had again petitioned the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) to investigate the activities of the Lagos State Government.Read more Scams here that: http://www.premiumtimesng.com/news/headlines/188248-nigerian-anti-corruption-activists-drag-fashola-to-efcc-over-n78-million-website-scandal.html It became so bad that Cacol has decided to Sue EFCC for ignoring the petition meanwhile the EFCC Boss is lying that no one from the opposition has petitioned any member of the ruling party. This selective witch hunt must stop. I don't care if all the politicians and military rulers from 1960 to 2016 are going to be investigated for corruption and prosecuted but EFCC should stop facing only PDP. Anyone in PDP who is found wanting for embezzling Nigeria's money should face the law but why are they shielding APC politicians when we know APC is made up of 65% of EX PDP governors, ministers, special advisers, specials assistants, commissioners etc? Did they not steal money too the moment they decamped to APC? Or is it current members of PDP who chose to remain that they intend to investigate only? It makes no sense. Look at Amechi case, FBN Trustees published reports that he withdrew N55Billion to N1Billion of Rivers State Money in just One year to Fund Buhari's Election. That is madness and cruel to the poor people of Rivers. Petitions were written to the EFCC to investigate Amechi but he was also rewarded as a Super Minister. Why would the opposition not assume this a witch hunt? The Chairman is being selective end of story. Efcc is impressing buhari rather than fight corruption.Anyone they found not in good terms with Buhari they will be looking for a fault to get him arrested just as we have been seeing in their recent arrest. The 1984 mentality is still in buhari's brain. |

One area where Buhari's administration is over performing. I have been very critical of him but not in this area. Politicians should focus on delivering for the people who sent them there. Period. |

More like "we will arrest more pdp influentials.....its funny how Apc people are now all Saints, none of them is corrupt, even Jagaban himself.....what a country filled up with citizens without brain, the energy and time Buhari is putting in this fight against pdp people, he should channel it in promises he made to Nigerians.....nigeirians please stand up, open your eyes, this change is scam, this is not about pdp Apc please, this is about our future and that of our Children, sometimes I don't blame Nnamdi kanu for calling this country a zoo, sometimes I wish fela could. Come back to life, these are people who know the truth and stand on it and also. Say it...... |

This should actually read: "We will arrest more influential Nigerians in the following weeks . . . . and all of them will come from one political party." |

Plus10:Hmmmmmmm Why will they forward petitions if not to implicate themselves. My reasoning before now was that Satan was the worst Devil that ever existed. But revelations, so far, have shown that I erred. PDP is a worse Devil than Satan. Satan, sometimes, pretends to be 'good' hence his ability to recruit many. But for PDP, it's chop alone and kill any passerby. |
