i will use bootstrap 3.x to build the form so its mobile device friendly and process it using php either you get the details in your email or saved to a database where you can access and even export the details in csv from the database. do contact me .

From past experience, i have engaged people on this forum without testing them only to discover they are TOTAL JACKS who made me waste resources, time and mental strength. A lot of people put false portfolios up.as their work and claim to be theirs. I don't intend starting the year again going through such.

NOPE!!! I am not okay with it. Read my above statement to others. Like i said earlier. I am paying for something i can do but just need assurance the person i intend to work with on other projects is equal to the task.
