Can we deal for N1,500?

Note: The money isn't the issue here. It might seem meager but i am paying for something i can readily do just to test the capability of who i intend working with on other projects.

From past experience, i have engaged people on this forum without testing them only to discover they are TOTAL JACKS who made me waste resources, time and mental strength. A lot of people put false portfolios up.as their work and claim to be theirs. I don't intend starting the year again going through such.
