Another means of executing them by putting their lives at stake. If i may ask what kind of soldier will be afraid of war.then why is he called a soldier? |

Timbi:Did you read their concerns? They were being posted without any letter to confirm their postings. If they die in action they die as nobody and their entitlements gone forever. You won't want that for your father ifhe finds himself in that situation. |

They just wanted to use them free. I initially thought they were giving excuses from the title but I can relate to them on their reasons. |

My view on this is that these soldiers actually ran away and don't really have genuine reasons for it. It's obvious from their account that they were being mocked by their fellow soldiers who are supposed to know and understand why they did what they did. But because these soldiers know the truth that's why they kept disrespecting them. The issue of no weapons to fight was blown out of proportion by politicians. Now the soldiers that should have been dead by now if not for the pardon are still trying to use the media to their advantage. They have to understand that we have a new government and the leader is a retired General. So he won't let their sentiments to get to him. They should obey the command and prove themselves worthy before they can be treated well. |

I am not surprise, from where I came from let me address all who have commented to this story the full details and real truth. These 5000 army where from S/S and S/E they where send to N/E to fight boko haram without qualify military equipment non of those send to war front where from North. This is simply marginalization against S/S and S/E people in military. Nigerian s wake up before it is too late, if you are a rich and well know politicians from S/S and S/E you know vividly well what am saying . Speak and act now before it is too late, there is noting like one Nigeria. This country where I am now I can tell you nothing like marginalization here human right works, rule of law works, democracy works, human life is valued. 24 hours light clean water. I feel for S/S and S/E people. Don't blame Nnamdi Kanu, May God help us all. |

Timbi:Even the soldiers battling bokoharam in borno presently are complaining about non payment of their allawees and are poorly equipped. It's just that the media are not there to interview them. They only seek interview from Lair muham-mad who live in abuja. |

They find it easy to intimidate innocent civilians and oppress the weak, when they say Boko boys they either run throwing away there weapon or disguise as innocent civilians, later they went to plan a mutiny blaming their bosses for they cowardice, If I was in charge I would send them back into the war front with bare hands, animals, what did they expect when they signed up for NA? Their gallant mates are there holding grounds and chasing islamists into hell and they are here asking for allowee and letters... Let them go and bring the first letter of commissioning before they get another.. THE HAZARDS OF JOINING THE NA OUT OF JOBLESSNESS ![]() |

It was gathered that, they cried, “We are not going! Give us re-instatement letters! You are sentencing us back to war,” among others. According to sources, the Commandant hurriedly left when the soldiers were becoming uncontrollable. This country is indeed in a poo, how can you treat a soldier defending and risking his own life to serve a poo country that has no regards for humans. Buhari this is not what we voted for, erase those elements that re orchestrating havoc in the life of this people. they need morals to go to the war front, not with ill treatment and disdain. Danuski or Dansiki what ever your name is God will definitely punish you for the cries of this soldiers, their blood will cause judgment for you and your generations to come, you will die a miserable death. Anyone who counter what i have just said is a Cowoo!!! |

Tufiakwa! Are there no official procedures for things like this? How can u reinstate and send people back to work without official communication and documentation to that effect? Is it so that tomorrow u can conveniently deny them? Even arrears of salaries were not paid and yet they are expected to work? What is d plan to properly reintegrate them so they are not subject to intimidation from their peers and seniors? These are the kind of people entrusted with the sacred duty of protecting life and property as well as defend the territorial integrity of Nigeria, how? After using d public gimmick of pardoning them just to score cheap political points, this is what it all truly boils down to... We have no leadership in Nigeria! Again, Tufiakwa! |
