as a judge in the 349 year history of the city and State of New Jersey, USA.
Hon. Ras Baraka, Mayor of the City of Newark, NJ also appointed Hon. Ugochukwu Nwaokoro as Deputy Mayor;

Now Justice Jude Nkama is from Ebonyi state, Afikpo South (Edda Precisely), his dad was once old time chief judge and he had contested for Governorship in 2007, 2011 ... but lost the election.
