Both cases were tried in the ICC, the Kenyan presidents was dropped after he was found not guilty while Sudans Presidents case is still ongoing.

The same way your Boooohari will be tried and if found guilty, will be dealth with. It might not be now, for now they will be compiling their case against him and in four/eight years time when he has no immunity or influence, they will present their case.
