Who are they deceiving? Why will he come and fall into their hands so easily when he has been given a proper heads up by the so called invasion and search of his house? Now they are issuing alerts for his arrest at any airport? You can be sure if he comes in he would have secured a good deal that will see him come out smelling like roses.

This is just a major smokescreen to claim that they're effectively fighting corruption. Do they have an airtight case? Have they gathered evidence and are ready to charge him to court? Or is it the normal half-assed style of arresting and forcing statements? Abi detention ad infinitum then release him to go scotfree?

But seriously, why are these EFCC people so daft? First, they do not properly investigate the whereabouts of their suspect. They barge into his house, intimidating his family, with the pretext of a search; they find no money(if they had found anything they wouldn't be quiet about it) and no man. This silly debacle is sure to warn off the suspect. I'm sure Dikko would make some amendments to his itinerary now that he knows the EFCC is hot on his heels. Secondly, they do not even bother obtaining a search warrant leaving their motive open to criticism once again! There's no professionalism, they operate like thugs for hire. Shame.

Why do I smell a rat. It all seems like 'arrangee' to me.
...you leak out to him, info of the planned siege on his residence; you give him a head-start to escape; you carry out the siege (and of course, don't find him home); afterwards you report that he may be in Dubai then proceed to announce that he would be arrested on his return to Nigeria. Why make the bolded public knowledge? Unless you're trying to subtly pass a message to him "Bros, u be our man oo, we no wan do u strong thing. So just remain where u dey. No return now until area don settle''.

I still don't get why any plan to arrest him at the airport should be exposed. Someone please explain this to me
