100% proof by giving him time to disappear after resignation and announcing that he's being investigated and looked for? He has not been arrested! It is only an order that he should be arrested upon his return to the country. If u were President and u really wanted to effectively arrest corrupt officials would u go and stage a house search when u know ur target is out of the country? Will u then announce orders to arrest him at the airport? Or do u think he doesn't have informants?

Then if u were the target would u, having heard d intention to arrest u due to any investigation come willingly into the waiting hands of security agencies? Will u not attempt to escape while u can or start negotiating a soft landing? Which true and serious hunter announces to its prey from thousands of miles away that he's coming to catch the prey and will that prey not run to safety? What are u really supporting? Let them stop deceiving us. why didn't he arrest him immediately he resigned? They just allowed him travel only to start to wait at the airport to arrest him.they even announced it. they just want to make fools blv what they are doing.

But seriously, why are these EFCC people so daft? First, they do not properly investigate the whereabouts of their suspect. They barge into his house, intimidating his family, with the pretext of a search; they find no money(if they had found anything they wouldn't be quiet about it) and no man. This silly debacle is sure to warn off the suspect. I'm sure Dikko would make some amendments to his itinerary now that he knows the EFCC is hot on his heels. Secondly, they do not even bother obtaining a search warrant leaving their motive open to criticism once again! There's no professionalism, they operate like thugs for hire. Shame.

That, alone, makes any purported 'arrest' illegal. His lawyers could easily get him off the hook on that technicality.
