Congrats Tearoses and Destinygirl, nice loses.
Sts is better than gain HG scales can be funny and best to use the same one each time if you can. I have been using the same mechanical one for over 4 years..no battery change required...only thing but it doesn't show up tiny loses or gains. But on the other hand it doesn't make me obsess.

Well done all.

I'm 68kg starting weight.
Will update next weigh in.

I am starting with 81kg.

I plan to be on 7 days only fruit fasting(so help me God)

Started today.

Because i am breastfeeding, I was postponing the weight loss program and was adding more weight.

But i no wan send again o. My tummy is too big for my liking. You need to see my arm......lol.....

i want to detoxify first then see how i will start controlling my carbohydrates and late nights eating.

I tried dat at a certain time but went hunger dealt wit me I gave up.
To be on fruit fasting, you should take more of fruits that are filling and more of fibre so it can be able to hold you wella. I advice you keep lots of cabbage, garden egg, cucumber, carrot. Etc handy
Above all determination, commitment, perserverance, discipline is what you need to achieve your target. Slow and steady. Cheers

Lol.... I tried to start yesterday but when IIsaw this cute looking pieces of yam my SILcooked, I forgot about fruits fasting o...... I ate shege out of those yams.

Cucumber, garden egg... fruits I don't like. Guess I have no choice.

Thank you for the tips too.

I made smoothies with pineapple, Apple, carrot, cucumber and water melon..... the taste of the cucumber will be hidden with the other fruits so I can still manage.

Welldone, i usually love to see and hear people talk about living healthy. Achieving body-fat loss is about the easiet thing anyone can do. It just takes diligence, discipline, consistency and determination. I am tired of reading about 31 days of dieting or fruit fasting. All these are quick fixes that are not only ineffective but also lethal to the body. Focus more on portion controls, exercising, minimizing stress, drinking lots of water, eating fibre-rich foods(fruits and vegetables). Minimize intake of junks(snacks,softdrinks e.t.c).

Weight loss is different from body-fat loss. I weigh 91kg but i am not fat. Instead i am ripped with slabs of muscles. My body-fat percentage is in single digit. So i guess you guys i actually talking of body-fat loss and not weight-loss.
Losing of water and electrolytes via excessive diarrohoea can be termed as weight-loss which could be very dangerous.

I hope, i have been able to make you guys understand better.

I need this push so badly as i have been eating really irresponsibly and now, i am scared of climbing the scale.

What's the best way anyone has used to avoid the craving late evenings for those who have long days? For example, you are at work till 7-8pm daily, light breakfast, light lunch, hungry after work, temptation is to have a 'decent' meal at night.

Why not have a bigger lunch instead
That way you an burn it off
Then have a light dinner

Monday!!!! Yay

Okay so last week wasn't too good sad
I was down with gastritis for a few days so I had to slow down on the diet and I had to make sure that I always had food in my stomach
So I didnt loose anything unfortunately and the scales are the same as last week

.........But I am back on track and today is a new day

They are currently on special offer for £1
107 calories per wrap and filled with chicken or salmon and lots of salad, its very filling so you can have a full lunch for less than 200 calories.
