Thanks 4 real woman. Venezia I smell an ODM user there*winking* Lady G, like iomoge said the fohow Doctor banned pineapple for me, rolled my eyes that complete obiedience will come after exhausting my stock in d house, something about bin acidic, trust me, I went online(dr Oz) so pineapple and orange are falling off my smoothie list Did I mention that am a gym rat. Went natural, no more perm#teamnatural# and has bin using just Shea butter and coconut oil for my body for like 3 years . Am naturally an earth girl I think. Thanks Greenpea. Buut what do I do now? Which anti inflammatory fruit can I use now!? I'm also team natural and an exercise buff. Removed the first G/bao yesterday. Apart from the white white things, nothing. I'm wondering if they are a side effect of the alum ingrident or fibrin? If the stuff came out thru the cervix or vaginal skin? I'm just a curious George sha! |

Lady G the battle against antiinflamation can only be won with God becos 1million&1 factors can trigger it hence the lifestyle tingy. I make it a point of duty to take care of my body in preparation for healthy babies, at least we get to encourage ourselves here.u can read more. At Venizia, fig shop on fola Osibo stocks very good vegetables. Broccoli,cauliflower, kale, spinach and those funny oyinbo vegetables ( u can try sweetening them with dates) or blackstrap molasses and ACV can put some life into those bland tasting vegs. Like I said (humbly) it's a lifestyle tin. And I try having fun while at it. I pray we all look back at this times and smile at all the people God brought our ways.
