How much was budgeted, which ministry was empowered to award the contract, was the contract awarded, to who, who signed papers, which account received funds, who was heading and coordinating project....? Tell EFCC to open investigation and inspect your people in the East...afterall this was a regional project, not national like Dasukigate.

Probe your people and bring them to accountability instead of defending their criminality. Be a responsible ethnic group and demonstrate ethical judgement for once, please!
