Sorry I posted this initially in the health section but I didn't get any replies so I have brought it here where I know I will find you people. It is urgent please.

Please I was introduced to always sanitary pad by my mom even before I started my menstrual period. I knew she had a heavy flow so when I started I just assumed always would be the best for people with heavy flows. The thing is I'm never fully comfortable on my heavy days especially day 2. I tend to call in sick on those days because of the fear of getting stained. I stop feeling comfortable after about 2 hours of wearing the pad and at 4 hours maximum, I must have changed. My fear now is that I'm going to be serving with the next batch and we would be required to wear white all through camp. I'm really scared that I would not be able to cope. Yesterday I was in a supermarket and one of the attendant ladies (very nice) advised me to try ladycare. She says it would be okay for me since I'm not on the plus size. She says she has a very heavy flow too and always doesn't work for her. So I bought one ladycare pack and one always ultra pack to be on the safe side. The last time I used a pad that wasn't always, I stained my bunk mate's bed in under an hour. So ladies, what do you think? Is ladycare better for those of us with heavy flows?
Learn to change your pad every 1-2 hours on your heavy days. I also have the same issue. I have always had it.

You must also learn to insert your pad properly so that you do not you get stained.

Always buy winged pads/normal. I prefer normal because it does not deceive you like the plus ones. Plus pads makes you overconfident (methinks).

In the alternative you could pretend to have bad cramps. It is not notmal to have extremely painful cramps. sad

My dear go for always, I'm always comfortable with it, is balanced and longer than lady care, if you use lady care and the period comes out by force it will spread everywhere and even the sides but with Always my dear you are covered. Always the wing has good gum if it sticks on ur pant it has sticked unlike lady care that will be shaking.

That's my opinion though.

Yea, Op... Please go for always ultra. I have used both always and ladycare and i can testify that Always is way better.
I use ladycare at night now cos its soft and i dont walk at night. Always will give you the freedom of movement you deserve and will hold in the stains. The length and extended wings is another added advantage.
Ladycare is like the shortest and softest sanitary pad I have seen.

I prefer always ultra tho. I dnt feel comfortable wt the short lady care and the long one doesn't seem to absorb as much as always to me.
My trick is on my very heavy days. I combine comfit pad wt always. Place the wingless comfit pad on the always and u're good to go. Comfit is soft so u wnt feel too uncomfortable

I've never tried using two pads at once. Maybe I should try this.

U wnt regret it. I had a friend who had very heavy flow, she was so frustrated she turned to using clothes when no pad seemed to work. I introduced it to her and it worked for her
