yes i am able to view both memories..... internal and external..... you must have formatted your sdcard with the marshmallow making it tohide your internal memory, it happened to me shaa but i later rescued myself.

Please I don't know what to do about this phone o, all my data in the admin unit was moved to the guest unit. Please how can I return the data back??...another issue is that it does not show on a laptop and the data that was showing before does not show again on the guest unit. Please help

Another alternative, go to settings, apps, scroll to camera. Scroll doen and delete update

if you are not in Android one os, flash andriod one from inifinix support site www.inifinixmobility.com/support download Android one os there and flash it..... then after flashing go to system updates and check for updates boom andriod Marshmallow update OTA pops out download it from there and after download click on reboot and install your phone boots into recovery and install the android marshmallow automatically..... Viola u are in marshmallow.

1. If i get the update via ota, do i still need to backup my dqta before updating it.
2. Will updating it affect my apps and files whether directly or through flashing

please how do i root this phone i have tried almost all version of king root and some oda rooting app still no way the phone is on version 5.1.1

u will lose some apps so back em up b4 u upgrade.

better move all your files to pc cause the update will format the memory. write down any contacts on phone incase if neccessary

Upto now I didn't receive marshmallow update. All the procedures to install OTA update thru stock recovery was in vain. I tried TWRP recovery I end up disappointed n resting my phone which I wasted almost 750mb in updating my apps again.

Pls gurus if there is anyone that flash the marshmallow manually and was successful should pls guide me to get my own marshmallowon the device.

Please how did you rescue yourself, I still can't access my internal storage, i.e I can't locate my previous folders I got files on before upgrading, not that they deleted there are still occupying the space but just can't access them. Help please, anyone, I've got important files on there.

download mini tool power data recovery. since android reformatted your storage, when you open the software, select partition recovery and next time ,don't choose adaptable storage over portable storage unless you know what you're doing

if u gat pc, download the marshmallow update and rename it to update.zip
search google and download adb and fastboot drivers install em on your pc, download mtk vcom drivers and also install em. when done move the update to ur sdcard. on your pc to to c drive u will see adb folder (if installed correctly) as in (c:/adb) open it and hold CONTROL + SHIFT AND RIGHT CLICK and click open command window here. now connect ur phone to your pc make sure your pc detect it, now type 'adb reboot recovery' (without quote) and click enter it will boot to your phone to recovery.
disconnect ur phone u will see a dead android logo, hold power and press volume up once and u are on stock recoery. use volumn and go to apply update from sdcard and press power to select and allow it to do its thing. this might take up to 15min when it is done u will see it just select reboot and u will be on marshmallow. i hope u are not rooted.

try iroot.
