Sometimes I wonder why people blame others for what's happening to them. Is eazichris part of the recruitment team? It's quite clear that Dangote is attending to Management Trainees at the moment, so why disturb yourself. You can't expect Eazichris to start saying what he isn't sure of, and to those asking about the interview questions, take your time to go over the thread from beginning to end, that's a little price to pay to bring yourself updated on the situation of things.
Let's not pressure these people, else all you risk is loads of speculations on this thread. Let people come out voluntarily to give valid information and not mere speculation.
Let's just stay hopeful, prayerful and all will work out for our Good.
Those awaiting interview, just pray for favour , prepare very well, study your CV and build your self esteem /confidence.
For example, immediately I entered the interview room, the interviewer said 'I like you already, just Impress me". We chatted, laughed and I ensure I asked them tangible questions. Not to mention I was the last to be interviewed, I must say God's favour and adequate preparation is the key, Success!

I simply told them haven researched deep into the scope of the proposed refinery set up (its capacity... Location and target)... That I'm excited about the possibility of working with them. And when I was asked if I had any question, I asked them a question to show that I've done my research about where I'm about delving into. For those awaiting interview, when ur called, allow God to take the lead.. Show ur interviewer that u r teachable, that u r a prospect, don't be too confident but be confident and calm. Don't fidget. One thing I always hold onto... If the job is yours, u will get it. If not, no matter how brilliant u may be, u will not get it. In all, I give myself to God's will and I beseech u all to do same.

about the interview, just be able to defend what you have in your CV.

I did my interviews between Nov and DEC last year.

trust me this recruitment process is beyond us, just key in to God, I have actually met people that have already gotten the job that didn't even apply for it.

Also let's be patient, if its yours, it will surely get to you.

From the call for application, I think Executive trainee was for engineers and management trainee was for disciplines like accounting and business administration

I think Management Trainee is for people with Masters while Executive Trainee is for holders of First degree

on another dangote refinery recruitment thread , one guy who got an offer claimed that he had to wait for at least 7 months before he got feedback asking him to come and collect his offer letter. He said that actually the recruitment process varies for some. for some it is so short like in the case of eazichris. so dont worry, almost everyone who got to the psychometric test stage will be contacted. make una still chill. News reaching me from a reliable source from Dangote's bedroom is that the offer letters rolling out are for Truck Drivers recruitment and perhaps Business Development and other Administrative positions, (eazichris can testify to this claim, he/she has been really outspoken).

As we are aware, our category is quite different. While there is no certain time for the outcome of the Psychometric Test, we are to be rest assured that the process will be completed although there are some political willpower acting behind the scenes as we chat.

I'm not trying to be tribalistic, those two guys haven't participated in any stage of the recruitment.
If you look closely at their monikers and the other guy that dropped his email address they have something in common.
Note the confirmation of state of origin and residence in the questions they were asked.
