The National Publicity Secretary of the People's Democratic Party(PDP), Chief Olisa Metuh will appear in court today, 14th January 2016. The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission(EFCC) dragged Metuh, who has been in detention since 5th January 2016, to court. Recall Metuh was arrested by the anti-graft agency following an investigation that showed there was a transfer of N400million into a company, Destra Investment Limited, in which he has substantial interest. The N400million payment was said to have been made from the $2.1billion arms fund.

Hopefully he will now say the project he executed for Ba Clue to warrant mortgaging the lives of over 20k people in pursuit of an undeserved 2nd term!!

At least, he should be able to explain to the court the exact assignment he carried out for Goodluck Jonathan that warranted the payment of N400million. He should also be ready to produce the contract agreement he signed before embarking on the assignment.

Now this is what EFCC should have done a long time ago.

Metuh will be charged to court once investigation on his case is concluded. He will definitely have his day in court to explain why he collected N400million naira for an assignment he's so ashamed to disclose publicly.

Dasuki the chief giver is in detention already. GEJ will still answer questions pertaining to his role but, don't expect him to be locked up like Dasuki.
