just out of curiosity, is this a duplex or blocks of flats?

was it built on a dry or water loged land?

Yes I do, it was a combination of my younger brother, my brother in law and another nonsense father inlaw. My Engineer was also a very good person.

It's a 5 bedroom bungalow with a 2 room penthouse

Thanks, Actually I bought the house abroad before embarking on the one in lagos.Reason being that I have to secure my family here first before thinking of Nigeria because I stay here most of the time ( Abroad ).
