the land in this area at elerangbe is totally dry, i can bodly say because i have been selling there for more than a year, both dry and raining season, this offer is just for this season by january the price goes to 700k

come to our office we will take you to the site monday to saturday, and allocation is on first come first serve and you can develop ur plot once allocated to you.

When will start your own part of the work start like erecting a fence & gate?
How is issue of development levy? Buying land for 450k & paying 1m 2 years from now is not cool, like many estates have done.

you can see the amenities to be provided in the attached photo above. And the company can processe ur individual c of o if u want it, but there is a global c of o in processing which cover all the plots within the estate and it can not be given to individual.
3 months flexible payment of 150k for now, and no discount.
It is only in a water lodge area that you do raft foundation and this is purely a sandy land.
