I applied via the paper route, did all medicals, biometrics and police report, and at the end of the day, the consular said he was not OK with my application.
However, I already paid the acceptance fee of $1000 to the school. Can I diffeer my addmission and reapply for the visa and how long from now can I start the visa processing again
