I seriously see no reason why some people haven't updated. The procedure seems straight to me.
Download the update, rename it as update zip on your SD card,boot into recovery mode then flash. For guyz, thinking your phone can't boot into recovery mode, the problem lies with you not the phone, you are probably not pressing the buttons right.
As long as you are using a non rooted android one rom(the one that comes with the phone or the one at the mobility site), your phone would definitely boot into recovery mode,where you get to see a dead android sign, after you see that, press the volume up and power button down at the same time for about 5s,and release together or just keep on randomly pressing and releasing it together;I just had only two intermittent tries at it.When successful, you flash from SD card, trace the update zip file and click on it using the power button, then the flashing starts.
Meanwhile, the mm file renamed as update zip shouldn't be in any folder in the SD card . The flashing will take a max time of 15 mins, also.. NEVER FORGET TO BACK UP YOUR FILES

U wud need to root and install an app to change imei wen upgraded to marshmallow

Hi Ayomidearo, to boot to recovery mode, you need to turn off your phohe first, then press power button and volume down button at the same time. After entering recovery mode, use volume keys to choose "eMMC", then press power button. If it doesn't work, you can take your phone, along with your receipt and warranty card, to our Carlcare Service Center and ask our colleagues to check it for you. Hi, please the display light on my phone just went off as if my phone switched off but ithe phone is not off because messages come in, the phone still rings when I have a call, the notification light is blinking but the screen is still not coming on, what could be the problem? The thing the brighness was too high so I reduced it very low, it was working fine until after few minutes it just went off and I can't see anything again

My phone fell down and i started seeing that sign before the network bar,[s] i noticed the led notification light no longer blink [/s]

Yeah... Ehen my phone is locked and I press my power button to unlock, it takes time for the backlight to come on...

. I didn't upgrade o. I have fixed. I put out the battery for a while and put it back. and I have increased the brightness already
