iterator24:You really don't know where this discussion was all about. We all know Lagos is a state. Our argument was that a province and a state are much and the same thing apart from the fact that states only enjoy much of independence from central government. Our argument is State = Province. |

iterator24:uhmm....NO sunnyside is just an area within Pretoria CBD its part of the City, this comment alone proves you have never been to Pretoria. Santon is a city on its own Joburg is a city own its own, there are no cities within Joburg. How do you want to compare Lagos(State) with a population of 25 Million to Johannesburg that has a population of 990 000?? Even if you count the whole metropolitan it only amounts to 4 million. That why i said Lagos state = Gauteng Province that has a population of 12 million |

| Re: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by Nobody: 9:36pm On Jan 21, 2016 |
jln115:lagos[state] is equal to gauteng[province] because of demographics? you're confused. i'm currently in pta for the record |
| Re: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by Nobody: 10:55pm On Jan 21, 2016 |
iterator24:uuuhhh.......Yes. and how they are Governed For example: Lagos state is run by a Governor, which is equivalent to a Premier in South Africa, a Premier Governs a Province Both Lagos state and Gauteng have capitals namely Ikeja and Johannesburg, both Ikeja and Johannesburg have a Chairman/Mayor. And BTW i grew up in the Pretoria vicinity and i can assure you that Sunnyside is nothing more than a suburb in Pretoria!! |

| Re: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by Nobody: 12:50am On Jan 22, 2016 |
iterator24:Johannesburg: Population: 957,44 Ikeja : Population: 861,30 Centurion has less than half the population as Ikeja. |

iblawi:And? In Terms of Governance and Population size a Nigerian state=South African Province, a Region in Nigeria isn't self Governing, it doesn't have a Governor or Premier, yet states within that region have a Governors and Mayors, A South African Province does have a Premier and is self governing and within a province there are Metros that have Mayors.....Thus very similar to the Nigerian state system. Also, i saw you brought up Centurion, not many people now about it, are you currently in Centurion? |
| Re: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by iblawi(m): 2:04am On Jan 22, 2016 |
jln115:Krugersdorp ni. No, Am in Abuja. Iterator24 mentioned Centurion. |

FighterPilot:You should have led in C.A.R. Bangui instead of running away and abandoning fellow African brothers into the hands of Seleka. Nobody trusts South Africa anymore. You cherry pick where you want to go and seek the easiest spots to give your self-glory seeking fake help. |
| Re: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by Nobody: 3:01am On Jan 22, 2016 |
agaugust:Till me why didn't French help when Seleka attacked Bangui?? |
| Re: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by Centrifude(m): 4:37am On Jan 22, 2016 |
agaugust:FROM YOUR OWN SOURCE Mobile C2 systems to support battalion and company commanders, and location sensors, called "Impi" to track own forces. The Army wanted enough of these to support three simultaneous peace support operations elsewhere in Africa and one training exercise at home. Stop deceiving people! |

jln115:stop this demographicall bvllsh!t.. we're 3x your size plus you've never been to nigeria.. #(not centurion, midrand) |
| Re: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by Nobody: 7:12am On Jan 22, 2016 |
iterator24:Not just demographics bro, how they are governed to! for all intensive purposes a State=Province. Anyway I know the Centurion and Midrand area like the back of my hand, grew up in Centurion and went to School in Midrand. You've probably seen the new Waterfall city/Mall of Africa that's opening this April, will be Africa's largest shopping center. |

| Re: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by FighterPilot(m): 8:29am On Jan 22, 2016 |
iterator24:You surely don't know SA. You are foreigner here but you surely have a lot to learn. The biggest mall in Africa will not be in Menlyn. |
| Re: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by FighterPilot(m): 8:31am On Jan 22, 2016 |
iterator24:It is not about demographics. It is about State = Province. |
| Re: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by FighterPilot(m): 8:37am On Jan 22, 2016 |
agaugust:The question will be " Was SANDF deployment approved by UN?". The answer is NO. So it was just a country-to-country memorandum of understanding. Hence, SA cannot decide to lead in CAR when there was no government and when the regional community ruled that we should withdraw from that country. Agaugust, our fake military researcher is wrong again as always. |
| Re: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by patches689: 8:50am On Jan 22, 2016 |
agaugust:1. CAR is not in our sphere of influence 2. Local nations would not support our plans for CAR You sound very butthurt at the fact that while you fail to secure your own country South Africa is stabilizing one and about to start stabilizing another |
| Re: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by Nobody: 9:00am On Jan 22, 2016 |
iterator24:I don't even think Menlyn makes Gautengs top 5(Maybe after its upgrade it break the top 5), Currently the Largest mall in South Africa and SSAfrica is Gateway Mall in Durban |

Anyway Lagos cant be compare with Gauteng Province. The difference its very huge in terms of economic, infrastructure, development etc. Only population density has Lagos in advantage but otherwise nothing important about Nigeria. In military terms Nigeria has not invented anything....training its provided by foreign instructor a testimony of a failure. Military hardware absolutely nothing hence a comparison by AUGUSTUS is always about South Africa with China, Pakistan, USA and the entire western world. A further admission of Nigerian backwardness. Economical except GDP which Nigeria possess advantage by population size only otherwise nothing. South Africa produces more electricity than the entire African continent combined. Gauteng Provinces alone produces more than what Nigeria can afford. We have more companies and factories more than what Nigeria possess. a modern Road infrastructure streaches more than 93 000 kms of paved freeways and highways. Modern Universities are top in Africa and amongst top 100 in the world. South Africa possess medical discoveries like heart transplant etc. DO NOT COMPARE NIGERIA WITH SOUTH AFRICA......THE ONLY DIFFERENCE SOUTH AFRICA POSSESS FACTS AND NIGERIA ONLY HOT AIR AND ARROGANCE BASED ON IGNORANCE AND MISPLACED PATRIOTISM INVENTED OUT OF LIES. |
