Photos Of Newly Rehabited Milveron Avenue Aba And Other Ongoing Projects

I don't know how well you know Aba but this is the popular Milverton road where heavy transportation activities take place with generation of hug human capacity and workforce which is part of the state's economic/ revenue generation takes place. This is where all Lagos,Abuja and Accra buses takes off in Aba.This road has been in dilapidated condition for the past 9 years but today it is wearing a new look. Under the good leadership of Gov. Okezie Ikpeazu Victor ph.D the sky is our limit.

Remember one nairalander Pelson or peltson posted pictures of dilapidated oobohia road one month ago, well, governo Ikpeazu has made sure construction commences immediately especially at Obohia and Ibere road where some buildings took almost half of the road. OVI is working.picture no dey lie

Please not that the three roads flaged-off , the cement technology road construction will be used with focus on boasting economic activities in the area which links the Nkwongwa market, New market and Semetary market all in that axis of economic commercialization and the are Ohazu / Ozumba and Ibere by Ohanku road down to Portharcourt road Aba

I can now proudly call and invite my friends across Nigeria for weekly get-together at home without the perennial decay and stinks.

If Okezie Ikpeazu doesn't do it, who will.

Well from the size of the roads, one can say Abia is a planned state but successive government made the state the worst state in SE. Hope and pray that he and successive government maintain the momentum and make Abia great again

This is Ukaegbu road Ogborhill Aba which have also been in deplorable condition since 1999. Well, it ha since recievd a face lift from the good leadership of Gov. Okiezie Victor Ikpeazu who have stopped at nothing in ensuring that aba residents enjoy the dividends of democracy.

This should be Obikabia Junction, right?

It should be, because I had an argument with a zoo soldier, albeit not heated argument about why i am hanging a Biafran flag on the car.

I asked him if those who had Ghana, Togo, USA, Israeli flags on their vehicles committed offence, he said No, I said then same thing sir, I did not commit offence. cheesy cheesy

He said "una wahala don dey tire us, abeg go", I smiled and zoomed off grin grin

Don't call us to see picture of road under construction, call us when it is finished with drainage and sidewalks and street lights. What is there to comment on?

This is the Ikot-Ekpene road Ogborhill Aba where a heavy desalinating of blocked drainage is being carried out by the state government as part of it's measures to rebuild the road to a standard notwithstanding the fact that it is a federal road. If we continue to wait on Fg to come to our aid,my people we may end up waiting forever. Ikpeazu has not and cannot do everything but he has done something worth being proud of. In the days ahead I shall bring you progress report of Emeleogu Street Ehere, Ogborhill Aba

May God continue to bless him and the entire people of Abia State and Nigeria at large.

Your patriotic brother,
Ponponkon

Biafran flag! I no fit shout infact make I no yarn before una go carry me go Hage. This issue of secession eh! Don't you think we need to put our house in order first before taking all these other steps? To be candid,I don't really know why I as a person is not really moved about it. I think someone need to educate or even brainwash me to join the course. Maybe it is because I have friends all over the country and seem to have 65% in them. God knows that I get confused whenever the issue is raised but my late father and uncle were part of the Biafran army then

Yes oh...that's how they ran away from mentioning Onitsha. Before any small argument they bring up Onitsha but after the rehabilitation by Gov. Obiano, they ran away. I see Aba taking back its lost glory.

Nah.. Flyover doesn't mean a city is mega, but there's already a plan to build 3 in Aba and 1 in Umuahia. Cetraco will handle 2 if the contract pulls through but other construction giants are also in the picture
