Ibadan city has 11 local governments and those areas you see with Brown roofs occupy just about 3 local governments . The vast majority of areas in ibadan are good neighbourhoods and places of pride. Ibadan is a complex mix of ancient and modern and needs an unbiased eyes to see its beauty , qualities you unfortunately don't possess.
