money lost is spilled milk. chronic gamblers know that when ure on a losing streak, u shouldnt gamble. you'll keep losing. its like a gamblers' curse.

forget the money. take a break. replace the addiction with something else...games, books, sleep, or even porn (for now). anytime the thought comes, go do one of those things until the thought goes away. thats the only way to defeat an addiction. we're all addicted to something....its just the level and intensity of the addiction that separates us.

Can't control my laughter for minutes after reading this...my Dstv expired on Sunday morning so I was forced to go and watch arsenal vs chelsea match in a joint not far from me. There was this man sitting beside me in Chelsea jersey that did not celebrate when chelsea scored...the expression on his face got me confused.
