But APC said she negotiated the 5% commission and was also implementing the program in phases. You see, if it wasn't for the 5% bruhaha, APC wouldn't have given her the credit.

Mr. Israel, can a thief catch a thief? I am not calling madam NOI a thief (the courts would decide that) but the sad reality is that she was an integral part of an administration that lacked the will to confront corruption. The Integrated Payroll system and TSA implementation you alluded to under her stewardship would have eventually failed, been jettisoned, or at best half-heartedly implemented coz those meant to oversea it were largely already compromised. Neither her nor her boss had the guts to fight tge system the way the current administration is currently doing.

But why is this inept, utterly corrupt, and shameless pig-face having woman always on the defensive? She is the poster child for everything that shows that having big degrees doesn't necessarily translated to being articulate and a problem solver - unless you're trained to be a willing destructive tool for banksters.

Under her watch, with oil prices at an all time high, she couldn't even manage an economy the right way. Apart from primitive nepotism and overseeing the worst type of corruption pandemic, with billions of dollars looted with impunity - she was an utter failure and a big disgrace to womanhood.

Can someone just tell her to shut her gob? I blame the geriatric Buhari for chasing shadows everywhere in the name of fighting corruption, when someone like Iweala who's meant to be locked up in a dungeon is allowed to roam the streets freely. And the useless weasel, GEJ, is also out there travelling everywhere like a celebrity. Then again, Buhari is just as useless as the rest of them. A clueless tyrant and nepotistic cow jockey hiding behind useless and fruitless anti-corruption crap that is more or less a joke to discerning minds.

to be honest fellow nairalanders, I ain't supporting any of the two. The last thing I can ever do is to support a public official. These guys can disappoint, forget that NOI is making mouth now, probably a comprehensive forensic report on her might say otherwise.

I am one of the proponents that NOI could be non or less corrupt( I still want to give her the benefit of doubt) cos of her family background, her reputation and work experience. but mehn Na naija we dey so, everybody blood now dey hot no be small, she can still use this her experience in financial sector to loot the the treasury unnoticed. I still believe that why we continue to hear cases of caught politicians in Nigeria is because our politicians no get conscience. They believed the looting would have continued unabated without even minding to cover their tracks. If I hear I dey public sector where I see money and I plan to loot am, Auditors go come look tire, EFCC would even apologise to me for disturbing me to check ma records.

Ask oyibos how dem dey take loot their own, abi u think say dey no sabi. Na them teach us the game wey we dey even beat them on their game.

Really? ? How come that administration failed to implement it? I'll tell you why, coz it was never intended for implementation to begin with. NOI may not necessarily be corrupt in the strict sense of the word but she was weak and complicit in the financial crimes that were perpetrated under her watch. At best, just like her boss, she chose to look the other way while the looters had a field day. Who else if not her should be held accountable? She was the (sic) finance minister for pete's sake.

with due respect please,why are u insulting her.Have u already found her guilty without taking her to the court.pls you can be civil enough not to use bad words on a woman not yet found guilty.I know Nigerians are really sad but if you ask me her duty was to follow the presidents order.e.g Ngozi release $2.1b to the office of the NSA for arms procurement and she does so.please is it her duty to monitor how the NSA spends it money abi the president and the service chiefs.Just thinking aloud.
