Which way forward gurus...kind of confused, should I try MSc, won't it look ridiculous that I got bsc overnight?? And I just concluded my Nysc and this forth coming ssvf won't be funny which way forward peeps, trigger aren't quitting.... Thanks to Eric so far he is wonderful, thanks to all that contributed, previously I still need you guys help...cos am pressured to use agents in naija...

Your basis of refusal is very daisy, u have to sit down and plan very well to apply again. And don't try to apply with Bsc for now, u will be seriously bounced for misleading and hiding of information. I will even recommend u use a migration agent if u insist you are going to Australia by all means. If it's on financial ground then u can reload your account and reapply. But it's of genuineness of certificate and existence of place of work. U have to correct that and make provisions for where it can be verified. Maybe creating a website address or something.

Bro, I'm not sure it will be reasonable to declare your BSc all of a sudden. In fact, they might compare whatever new application you submit with your old files. Why not try to apply to another country and start afresh bro? Just saying...

From the rejection letter they seem to have a problem with your educational qualification and mode of funding....probably get a proper sponsor and an accredited qualification from a renowned body
Re: General Australian student Visa Enquiries Part 2 by chuckdee13(m): 12:00pm On Jan 26, 2016
@Triggeredsam

They talked about inconsistencies in the salary payments in the stories they heard from u n ur sponsor, they also said that the company had no website hence it wasn't verifiable. combined with the previous inconsistencies they had no other option but to feel u were dubious n then refuse u a visa.

That said the best way to approach this in my opinion will be to get the facts of ur salary payments straight and try to get a way for them to be able to verify the company from way over there. in ur sop give clear cut reasons y u cant study this course in Nigeria cos they said they cant see y u cant study it here n so that also makes them not sure ur gonna leave Australia. Bottom line is that u need to put more fire in ur sop.

Hope this helps u in some way.

Go for Bsc in Engineering related field. Refurbish your application using the same docs previously submitted. You will get a grant this time.

Yea Eric just hit the nail cap. I think that's a reasonable advice and the best alternative for now. Give it a trial bro or try another country.
Don't use your BSC to apply for masters @ pretoria for now.

House, Due to flight schedule issues I might arrive at day or two after orientation and all...is that a big problem?
Re: General Australian student Visa Enquiries Part 2 by bhanjjie: 4:11pm On Jan 26, 2016
It shouldn't be a problem, but you need to inform the school.

Do you mind sharing the flight issues you have with the house? When is your orientation start date? When is your flight?

i fell for u triggerman. i think in my opinion u leave Australia application for now cus what ever application u lodge now be it TAFE or MSc ur application will be thoroughly treated to find comparison between the two info. i think u should try another country close to Australia like Newziland or Singapore so that ur moving to Australia in future would be less stressful.

I am using pfl, and my agents hv been very helpful, I have three officers from them on my case, one of whom is a regional councellor for pfl.

When I got my offer letter, the agent that forwarded my application documents didn't request for a financial statement whatsoever, I don't know why yours is asking, its strange.

Here is my advice for you:- study the offer letter sent to you by the school if it's not stated that you should send any additional documents be it financial statement in other to accept your offer, then don't send anything to any other party! Bro go ahead and pay your fees, you do not have time to waste. Go ahead pay ur fees!

Mine, I was told to fill the acceptance form and return to the school along with my fees deposit. That was all!

You can ask your agent why she needs your financial statement later, but for now try to meet the conditions on your offer letter.

Why is no one replying Kessel?

Kessel, it s a lot easier if you hold a University degree certificate and related experience to the course you studied. I'm not saying it s not possible. Try and take IELTS and let's see how it goes.

All the best.

Thanks ,IELTS scheduled for next month, though I really don't know what I maybe using it for as I don't know the best option or type of visa to apply for so I was hoping someone here could give me a little advice on the best choice of visa for me since I only have WAEC cert and 8years of work experience.
Re: General Australian student Visa Enquiries Part 2 by Ifexsco: 12:31am On Jan 27, 2016
For PR, you have to check up your occupation on the CSOL or SOL. Check the assessing body and what they require from you. I don't know any occupation you can apply for with o'level, I stand to be corrected. You should then know if you are qualified. If na hustling things dey your mind, I don't think Australia is the country for you! The country is an isolated island and that keeps their strict immigration laws almost tamper-proof. If you have the money and o level subjects, you could try TAFE which is equivalent to our polytechnic. If your course is up to 2years, you are entitled to post study visa, with which I guess you can work, gather experience all in preparation to apply for PR. It might not be as straightforward.

My heart is on my chest, I still can't imagine why my CO was asking for my transcript after I think I have sent all documents necessary, my mind is totally confused as to if I really sent it, anyway let me believe I did not, but friends the CO said she was already accessing my application and my CV states I have a degree in sociology, she said she needs evidence to support that in form of transcripts which I have now sent via email, I just hope and pray that I get the grant, I sent it like 48hours after getting her mail. May God help me! Amen

Am so so tensed I can't even stop thinking. It is frustrating that instead of getting a grant this week this probable mistake of No transcript will delay me or even cost me my visa. So annoying

Please house, I want to make some enquiries. I have someone that wants to travel to Australia and study and work as well. He want to start a university degree from the scratch. My question goes thus, how can that person go about applying for it? Are their any reliable agents that can help getting a secured visa and admission? How much would it cost to get started in Australia and can someone be working and schooling in Australia? Please I need your answers on these questions. Thanks
Re: General Australian student Visa Enquiries Part 2 by adim02: 6:51am On Jan 27, 2016
@ jorgan thank you very much. The send the offer to me directly to my mail without mailing it first to pfl agent that is handling my admission, the school just ask me to fill the form and return the form with my deposit to the mail the only way to meet the condition of offer.
Re: General Australian student Visa Enquiries Part 2 by adim02: 7:00am On Jan 27, 2016
@ abekeade1 me with jorgan are going to same school university of newcastle and the school ask to make deposit payment which also include health cover,so contact your school they would tell you how you can pay for your health cover.some schools, may give you some option on health cover but depend on the school.wubs is an online wairetransfer.

This age thing is still the same reason I forgot about US. This is a one time opportunity I got and I don't want to blow it
