Features like 'intelligence'? Because last I checked, most of these girls walk half unclad almost all through the competition. I'm sure we have 'more' beautiful people with more brains. Intelligence is part of it. The only stage where they walk half unclad is where they pose with "bikini" and that's part of modelling. Seems you've been missing the stage where each participants are required to put on their traditional wears. Now, that's decent.

Ofcourse she can't be the MBGN in Nigeria, but where are the so called "Most Beautiful"? I bet the judges would have choosen one of 'em if they were among the participants.

You don't expect the judges to walk house to house searching for the most beautiful. They work on the ones present during the contest.
